Procédure d'épilation pour InLei® Sensitive Wax :

1. Préchauffer la cire à une température de travail de 50°C.

2. Nettoyez la zone où les poils doivent être épilés et attendez que la peau sèche complètement.

3. Utilisez une spatule appropriée pour prélever et appliquer une petite quantité de cire sur la peau pour tester la température. Prenez la cire et appliquez-la sur la peau à traiter.

4. Attendez que la cire durcisse et décollez-la. Pour de meilleurs résultats, la cire doit être retirée avec un mouvement décisif tandis que la peau est maintenue tendue. La cire InLei® peut être appliquée soit dans le sens de la pousse des poils, soit dans le sens inverse de la pousse des poils.

5. Répétez la procédure sur la section suivante jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit terminée.

6. Après l'épilation, hydratez la peau.

Lorsque la cire réchauffe et dilate les pores, elle a la capacité d'affecter profondément la peau, cependant, la formulation douce de notre cire sensible InLei® ne provoque pas de rougeurs et évite les irritations cutanées.

InLei® Sensitive Wax is an innovative synthetic depilatory wax designed specifically for the most delicate areas of the face. It will help you work precisely and effectively, without excessively stressing the client's skin. The synthetic wax base and the absence of fragrance are a winning combo for treating delicate areas , avoiding allergies and irritation as much as possible.

1. Preheat the wax ( optimal temperature is 50°C / 122 °F)
2. Put the disposable gloves on.
3. Use InLei® Foam Mousse to clean the waxing area.
4. Make sure the skin is completely dry before you apply the wax.
5. Stir the wax using a clean wooden spatula to check if all granules have melted.
6. Before applying the wax to the client’s skin, check the wax temperature by applying a small amount of wax onto the skin of the inner part of your wrist. If the wax is too hot, reduce the temperature and wait a few minutes for the wax to cool down.
7. Using a clean, wooden spatula, pick up a small amount of wax and apply it on the waxing area.
8. Wait a few seconds for the wax to set. Peel it off with a quick motion. Make sure the skin is stretched for easy and less painful hair removal. 
InLei® Wax can be applied either in or against the direction of hair growth.
9. You can repeat the procedure on the same area for no more than three times. If any stubborn hairs remain on the skin - use tweezers to remove them.
10. Never double-dip the same spatula into the wax pot - use a fresh and clean spatula every time you pick the wax up.
11. After all the hairs have been removed, clean the area with a special after-wax solution.

The correctly stored product has a shelf life of36 monthsfrom opening. Store the product in a cool, dry place and away from direct light.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Once the order has been shipped Van Isle Beauty Co. is not able to cancel or refund orders.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We print the shipping label exactly as it is entered on the website. If an incorrect shipping address is provided or if no special instructions are provided (e.g., buzzer number), the client is responsible for covering any additional shipping costs. Please make sure to have items delivered to a location where you can personally receive the package.

Our orders are shipped out within 12-24 hours on regular business days. Please note that shipping estimates provided only indicate transit days and do not include processing times. However, please be aware that weather conditions or issues with the shipping company may cause delays.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: USA ONLY

We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. Customers have up to 90 days from the date of the order to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation.

If you wish to order an out-of-stock product, please let us know and we will contact you as soon as it becomes available.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

At Van Isle Beauty Co., we strive to provide high-quality products and services at reasonable prices, delivered in a timely manner. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within SEVEN (7) days for unopened, sealed, resell-able products. Products without a seal will not be refunded or exchanged to ensure they have not been tampered with. In the event of a refund or exchange, the buyer will be credited the purchase price, minus shipping cost. 

Eg products that can not be exchanged for sanitary circumstances are:

  • Professional Beauty supplies like solutions, lash glues or liquids, nail polishes, aftercare products, wax solutions. Basically anything liquid or opened or unsealed boxes.
  • skincare, makeup, aftercare products that do not have a seal
  • jewellery, intimates or swimsuits
  • Professional liquid products for services that do not have a seal

Return shipping labels are not provided by Van Isle Beauty Co., and we recommend using insured and tracked shipping methods. The sender is responsible for all shipping expenses. Exchanged items must be of equal or lesser value; no refunds will be issued.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Van Isle Beauty Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. We will open up a missing package investigation with the carrier on your behalf and hopefully they can retrieve your package. We send out our tracking information when the package has been shipped so that you can be available to receive the packages.

CANCELLING AN ORDER 

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at Contact@vanislebeautyco as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been processed, packaged or shipped cannot be cancelled.

WHOLESALE ORDERS, TRAINING COURSES & SALE ITEMS -

Wholesale Orders are FINAL SALE. 

Training Courses can not be refunded, however, we are willing to reschedule the student for the next course if we are given 2 weeks notice from the course date if the student cannot attend. If the student cancels within the 2 week period then a $200 rescheduling fee will be charged to the next course date.

Items that are discontinued or on SALE are also FINAL sale.
