InLei® tints are formulated with a gentle and effective blend of vegetable-derived waxes, allowing the product to fully penetrate the structure of eyelash and eyebrow hair for intense and long-lasting color. The combination of ingredients and use of pure pigments ensures vibrant and reliable results. When used correctly, InLei® tints can last up to 6-8 weeks on eyelashes and eyebrows.

For a creamy and smooth consistency, use the InLei® DEVELOPER CREAM 1.5% 5 Vol. oxidizer. InLei® tints are specifically designed for use with InLei® "LASH FILLER" and InLei® "BROW BOMBER" treatments.

Tinting products are produced in an Italian laboratory using the highest quality methods and ingredients.

To use Inlei® products, you must have the necessary qualifications in lash filler, brow bomber, and tinting treatment. Please ensure you are fully qualified before using our products.**

To use the InLei Brow Tint Set, follow these steps:

1. Start by preparing the brows. Cleanse the brow area using a the InLei®gentle foaming mousse cleanser to remove any oils or residue and prep with saline.
2. Map the brows using the InLei® String mapping thread.
3. Mix the brow tint according to the instructions provided in the InLei Brow Tint Set. Make sure to use the correct ratio of tint and developer.
4. Use the angled InLei® Michelangelo brow brush to apply the tint to the brows. Start with the desired shape and fill in any sparse areas.
5. Leave the tint on for the recommended amount of time specified in the instructions. This will allow the color to develop.
6. After the recommended time, gently remove the tint using a damp cotton pad or sponge.
7. Rinse the brow area with water to remove any excess tint.
8. Apply Fashion Lash & Brow conditioner or serum to nourish and hydrate the brows.

Remember to carefully read and follow the instructions provided in the InLei Brow Tint Set for best results.

The duration from the moment of opening varies depending on the individual product. To store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Do not store near open flames, heat, electrical devices or direct sunlight. Do not store below 5°C/41°F or above 30°C/86°F. Close each bottle carefully after use.

Van Isle Beauty Co. reserves the right to ship orders using the Canadian or United States Postal Service, Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or FedEx at its discretion.  You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Once the order has been shipped Van Isle Beauty Co. is not able to cancel or refund orders.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We print the shipping label exactly as it is entered on the website. If an incorrect shipping address is provided or if no special instructions are provided (e.g., buzzer number), the client is responsible for covering any additional shipping costs. Please make sure to have items delivered to a location where you can personally receive the package.

PROCESSING TIMES

Our orders are shipped out within 12-24 hours on regular business days. Please note that shipping estimates provided only indicate transit days and do not include processing times. However, please be aware that weather conditions or issues with the shipping company may cause delays.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our shipping carriers automatically calculate shipping charges based on the weight of your package. Please note that shipping times provided are estimates and do not include processing time.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: USA ONLY

We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. Customers have up to 90 days from the date of the order to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation.

If you wish to order an out-of-stock product, please let us know and we will contact you as soon as it becomes available.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

At Van Isle Beauty Co., we strive to provide high-quality products and services at reasonable prices, delivered in a timely manner. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within SEVEN (7) days for unopened, sealed, resell-able products. Products without a seal will not be refunded or exchanged to ensure they have not been tampered with. In the event of a refund or exchange, the buyer will be credited the purchase price, minus shipping cost. 

Eg products that can not be exchanged for sanitary circumstances are:

  • Professional Beauty supplies like solutions, lash glues or liquids, nail polishes, aftercare products, wax solutions. Basically anything liquid or opened or unsealed boxes.
  • skincare, makeup, aftercare products that do not have a seal
  • jewellery, intimates or swimsuits
  • Professional liquid products for services that do not have a seal

Return shipping labels are not provided by Van Isle Beauty Co., and we recommend using insured and tracked shipping methods. The sender is responsible for all shipping expenses. Exchanged items must be of equal or lesser value; no refunds will be issued.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Van Isle Beauty Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. We will open up a missing package investigation with the carrier on your behalf and hopefully they can retrieve your package. We send out our tracking information when the package has been shipped so that you can be available to receive the packages.

CANCELLING AN ORDER 

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at Contact@vanislebeautyco as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been processed, packaged or shipped cannot be cancelled.

WHOLESALE ORDERS, TRAINING COURSES & SALE ITEMS -

Wholesale Orders are FINAL SALE. 

Training Courses can not be refunded, however, we are willing to reschedule the student for the next course if we are given 2 weeks notice from the course date if the student cannot attend. If the student cancels within the 2 week period then a $200 rescheduling fee will be charged to the next course date.

Items that are discontinued or on SALE are also FINAL sale.
