• Our Black—or Gold-coated plasma tweezers are 100% autoclavable, can be fully submerged in disinfection cleaning solutions, and are acetone-friendly.

• Our white-coated lash line should not be soaked in disinfection solutions or sprays, as strong chemicals can chip and wear down the coating. Instead, clean these with antibacterial soap and water, and only immerse the gold tips in your chosen disinfection solution.

• You can clean any glue residue from all tweezer tips using our 'Glue-be-gone' Tweezer Cleaner.

Returns

• If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unused, unopened in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.
