Nos nouveaux ventilateurs Pro-made Volume sont thermocollés (sans adhésif supplémentaire) et sont disponibles en plateaux XL, 4D et environ 320 ventilateurs dans chaque plateau. Ils sont disponibles dans une variété de longueurs et de boucles pour que vous puissiez personnaliser vos besoins. La base est un point pour une fixation sans couture. Our Pro-made Volume fans are heat-bonded (no extra adhesive) and come in XL trays with approximately 320 fans in each tray. They come in a variety of mixed lengths and curls so you can customize your needs. The base is a point for a seamless attachment. This is time-saving for those who are not yet at their desired time for hand-making fans or to add a bit more fullness to a regular classic set. These are simply amazing.

1. Cleanse and prime your lashes.
2. Map out the desired effect.
3. Select the appropriate fan for the area and pick it up from its base.
4. Dip the lash in the middle of your glue dot, just above the base of the fan attachment.
5. Position the fan on the top or bottom of the natural lash.
6. Align the fan so the natural lash is centred for optimal retention and support.
7. If you place your fan on top of the natural lash, slightly lift the bottom of the natural lash from underneath, ensuring the fan base is perfectly attached. (Do the opposite if the fan is placed underneath.)
8. Apply another fan to the opposite eye in the exact same section.

• The lash fans used in this procedure are heat-bonded. This method of bonding ensures that they remain lightweight, enhancing the wearer's comfort and natural appearance. However, this also means you need to handle them with care.

• When picking up these lashes, make sure to grasp them from the base of the fan. This prevents the individual lashes from separating and maintains the integrity of the fan shape.

• We highly recommend using an L-shaped tweezer for this process. The unique design of these tweezers allows for precise handling and application of the fans, ensuring a successful and professional result.

Van Isle Beauty Co. reserves the right to ship orders using the Canadian or United States Postal Service, Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or FedEx at its discretion.  You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Once the order has been shipped Van Isle Beauty Co. is not able to cancel or refund orders.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We print the shipping label exactly as it is entered on the website. If an incorrect shipping address is provided or if no special instructions are provided (e.g., buzzer number), the client is responsible for covering any additional shipping costs. Please make sure to have items delivered to a location where you can personally receive the package.

PROCESSING TIMES

Our orders are shipped out within 12-24 hours on regular business days. Please note that shipping estimates provided only indicate transit days and do not include processing times. However, please be aware that weather conditions or issues with the shipping company may cause delays.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our shipping carriers automatically calculate shipping charges based on the weight of your package. Please note that shipping times provided are estimates and do not include processing time.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: USA ONLY

We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. Customers have up to 90 days from the date of the order to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation.

If you wish to order an out-of-stock product, please let us know and we will contact you as soon as it becomes available.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

At Van Isle Beauty Co., we strive to provide high-quality products and services at reasonable prices, delivered in a timely manner. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within SEVEN (7) days for unopened, sealed, resell-able products. Products without a seal will not be refunded or exchanged to ensure they have not been tampered with. In the event of a refund or exchange, the buyer will be credited the purchase price, minus shipping cost. 

Eg products that can not be exchanged for sanitary circumstances are:

  • Professional Beauty supplies like solutions, lash glues or liquids, nail polishes, aftercare products, wax solutions. Basically anything liquid or opened or unsealed boxes.
  • skincare, makeup, aftercare products that do not have a seal
  • jewellery, intimates or swimsuits
  • Professional liquid products for services that do not have a seal

Return shipping labels are not provided by Van Isle Beauty Co., and we recommend using insured and tracked shipping methods. The sender is responsible for all shipping expenses. Exchanged items must be of equal or lesser value; no refunds will be issued.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Van Isle Beauty Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. We will open up a missing package investigation with the carrier on your behalf and hopefully they can retrieve your package. We send out our tracking information when the package has been shipped so that you can be available to receive the packages.

CANCELLING AN ORDER 

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at Contact@vanislebeautyco as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been processed, packaged or shipped cannot be cancelled.

WHOLESALE ORDERS, TRAINING COURSES & SALE ITEMS -

Wholesale Orders are FINAL SALE. 

Training Courses can not be refunded, however, we are willing to reschedule the student for the next course if we are given 2 weeks notice from the course date if the student cannot attend. If the student cancels within the 2 week period then a $200 rescheduling fee will be charged to the next course date.

Items that are discontinued or on SALE are also FINAL sale.
