1. The online component will be sent two weeks before the webinar and must be completed 100%.
2. The webinar will begin at 8 AM Pacific Standard Time / 11 AM Eastern Standard Time.
3. After the live webinar, you will be added to an online group chat via ‘Telegram’. We encourage you to download the app ahead of time. You will receive an email shortly after the webinar with a link to the group chat.
   Extra videos, service protocols, PDFs, homework, and group discussions will be available in this group chat, which will be accessible for six weeks after the webinar. All three models must be submitted and approved for certification via this chat.
   This group chat is a fantastic learning experience for everyone involved. Many questions get answered, and students learn from each other. This is a safe place for us all to connect and learn together.

Students must successfully complete three models to the master trainer's satisfaction to get officially certified through InLei®. This must be done within six weeks following the webinar through the Telegram group chat.

The online portion must be completed before the webinar. We use 'Thinkific' as our platform for the online component. Please check your spam folder, as some email inboxes may direct the link there.

Webinar's are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

In-Person courses:

If you wish to cancel an in-person course, you may do so as long as you request a cancellation two weeks or more prior to the training event. Any cancellation requested less than two weeks prior to the training event will be ineligible for a refund. 

If you do request a refund two weeks or more prior to the in-person training event, you will receive 50% of the course fee back. Each in-person training course contains an online training portion which is 50% of the overall cost of training.   As each person is granted access to the online training modules upon purchase, you will only be entitled to 50% of the overall course fee. 

If you wish to reschedule the date of your in-person training, it will incur an extra fee of $200. 

There will be no refund issued if:

A cancellation is requested less than two weeks prior to the training event.

The student does not show up to an in-person event.
