Course Information
Before attending your in-person training, you’ll receive access to the online learning portion, which includes a series of detailed modules, videos, and reading materials to help you understand the foundations of waxing. This section must be completed before class day and includes short quizzes throughout to ensure you fully grasp each topic — from sanitation and hygiene to skin anatomy, hair growth cycles, and proper wax application techniques. If you find any areas unclear, we encourage you to take notes and bring your questions to class — your trainer will review everything in person to ensure your confidence and understanding.
On the day of your class, you’ll receive your professional Full Body Waxing Kit, which includes everything you need to perform high-quality waxing services: a mini wax heater, premium strip waxes, wax solvent, waxing strips, and additional tools and accessories. Your educator will guide you step-by-step through each waxing technique, ensuring you’re comfortable with product handling, client preparation, and post-wax care.
By the end of the course, you’ll have both the theoretical knowledge and practical experience to confidently perform full body waxing services in a salon or spa setting — or to begin offering them as part of your own business.

This is a ONE-DAY Day Course
You’ll gain access to the online portion of the course two weeks before your class date, giving you plenty of time to dive in and prepare. Inside, you’ll find a comprehensive mix of theory, videos, and slides designed to help you fully understand the material. Please note that the online section must be completed 100% prior to attending the in-person class to ensure you’re ready to get the most out of your training.

- Your model will be at 1:30pm (Make sure your model has at least 1/4-1/2 inch of hair, on their legs, underarm, bikini line and that they are available for 3 hours.

In-Class Models
In-Class Models
Students are responsible for arranging their own models for the hands-on portion of the course. We highly recommend choosing someone you know personally so you feel comfortable working with them and can rely on them to arrive on time. Your model plays a key role in your training experience, so please ensure they understand the class time, location, and any important pre-appointment instructions—such as arriving makeup-free, avoiding caffeine, or following any prep steps specific to the course.
If you’re unable to find a model, we can provide one for a $50 fee per model, which goes directly to the model. Please note that if your model cancels last minute or doesn’t show up, your class cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.
We recommend utilizing your social media platforms to ask friends, family, or clients if they’d like to volunteer—this is a great way to find reliable models who already support your work. If you’re still having trouble finding someone, please reach out to us. We’re happy to share information about local Facebook groups in Nanaimo that we’ve used successfully in the past for finding models.
