Several studies have been carried out on the type of plant keratin that we have selected, and the results show that in the cases analyzed, the plant alternative behaved similarly to hydrolyzed animal keratin.

Following the official protocol of the InLei® Lash Filler 25.9 lamination treatment guarantees a 25% thickening and a 9% lengthening.

But that is not all! By combining the treatment with the daily use of InLei® Adiutrix serum for three months, we found a 28% thickening and a 12% lengthening.

All data were proven by efficacy tests carried out at a well-known clinical institute in Milan. The three test sessions were performed on 37 models of different ethnicities, for a total of 110 treatments.

All products in the InLei® Lash Filler 25.9 line have been certified as vegan by the international VEGANOK body.

• Used after the InLei® Form 1, Fix 2 and the tinting process.
• Using the dropper, remove a few drops of Filler 3 from the bottle and deposit it in a solo dish.
• The InLei® Picasso brush is used to rub the product onto the natural lashes and the follicle with quick movements.
• Allow the product to penetrate until completely absorbed.
• Wash the lashes with Mousse Magica to get rid of any tint and glue residue
• Brush on Molecular 4 with an F-Brush

InLei® Lash Filler 3 is the nourishing elixir at the base of the entire Lash Filler 25.9 treatment. Its precious formulation of plant origin contains:

• VEGETABLE KERATIN 18 extracted through a cutting-edge fermentation process represents the perfect vegan alternative to keratin of animal origin.

• ARGININE is one of the fundamental components of the formulation. Thanks to its positive charge, it adheres effectively to hairs (which by nature have a negative charge) and this creates an unusually strong bond.

• GLYCERIN retains humidity, forming a protective barrier and making hair softer, more flexible and resistant.

• The REBALANCING Complex : penetrating deeply, it rebalances the follicular cycle of the hair, promoting the development of longer and thicker hair - obtained from a concentrate of mung bean sprouts and red clover.

Van Isle Beauty Co. reserves the right to ship orders using the Canadian or United States Postal Service, Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or FedEx at its discretion.  You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Once the order has been shipped Van Isle Beauty Co. is not able to cancel or refund orders.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We print the shipping label exactly as it is entered on the website. If an incorrect shipping address is provided or if no special instructions are provided (e.g., buzzer number), the client is responsible for covering any additional shipping costs. Please make sure to have items delivered to a location where you can personally receive the package.

PROCESSING TIMES

Our orders are shipped out within 12-24 hours on regular business days. Please note that shipping estimates provided only indicate transit days and do not include processing times. However, please be aware that weather conditions or issues with the shipping company may cause delays.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our shipping carriers automatically calculate shipping charges based on the weight of your package. Please note that shipping times provided are estimates and do not include processing time.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: USA ONLY

We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. Customers have up to 90 days from the date of the order to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation.

If you wish to order an out-of-stock product, please let us know and we will contact you as soon as it becomes available.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

At Van Isle Beauty Co., we strive to provide high-quality products and services at reasonable prices, delivered in a timely manner. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within SEVEN (7) days for unopened, sealed, resell-able products. Products without a seal will not be refunded or exchanged to ensure they have not been tampered with. In the event of a refund or exchange, the buyer will be credited the purchase price, minus shipping cost. 

Eg products that can not be exchanged for sanitary circumstances are:

  • Professional Beauty supplies like solutions, lash glues or liquids, nail polishes, aftercare products, wax solutions. Basically anything liquid or opened or unsealed boxes.
  • skincare, makeup, aftercare products that do not have a seal
  • jewellery, intimates or swimsuits
  • Professional liquid products for services that do not have a seal

Return shipping labels are not provided by Van Isle Beauty Co., and we recommend using insured and tracked shipping methods. The sender is responsible for all shipping expenses. Exchanged items must be of equal or lesser value; no refunds will be issued.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Van Isle Beauty Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. We will open up a missing package investigation with the carrier on your behalf and hopefully they can retrieve your package. We send out our tracking information when the package has been shipped so that you can be available to receive the packages.

CANCELLING AN ORDER 

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at Contact@vanislebeautyco as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been processed, packaged or shipped cannot be cancelled.

WHOLESALE ORDERS, TRAINING COURSES & SALE ITEMS -

Wholesale Orders are FINAL SALE. 

Training Courses can not be refunded, however, we are willing to reschedule the student for the next course if we are given 2 weeks notice from the course date if the student cannot attend. If the student cancels within the 2 week period then a $200 rescheduling fee will be charged to the next course date.

Items that are discontinued or on SALE are also FINAL sale.
