InLei® "FIX 2" is designed to work together in perfect tandem in the LASH FILLER process, guaranteeing reliable and proven results! It is to be used exclusively with its permanent InLei® Form 1 and followed by InLei® Filler 3.

    The formula of the fixing solution allows to "secure" the curvature of the hair following the shape of the shied used. It works safely and quickly, working in perfect sync with the Form 1. Prepares the lecture of eyelashes for the next step, thanks to its perfectly balanced formula with the correct percentage of the active ingredient, hydrogen peroxide.

    Designed to work together in perfect tandem in the process of Lash Filler 3, guaranteeing reliable and proven results! When completed as full protocol: Form 1, Fix & Filler 3, you can experience the clinically proven results guaranteeing thickening of natural hair on average up to 24% in three treatments. It defines, nourishes, thickens and strengthens the lash structure, giving color & shine.

    How to use:

    • Thoroughly cleanse the client's eyelash area with InLei® Mousse.
    • Ensure that lashes are well rinsed with InLei® Saline Solution.
    • Apply Silicone eye pads or disposable eye pads to secure bottom lashes.
    • Place a selected size of the InLei Silicone Shields on the client's eyelids, securing it with InLei® Lamica or Fixing Gel.
    • Align the eyelashes in the desired directions using InLei® Lamica or Fixing Gel, InLei® Fillering Tool, and InLei® Helper (for thicker lashes) or InLei® Helper 2.0 (for thin lashes).
    • Apply a uniform layer of InLei® Form 1 with InLei Vincent brush at 1-2mm distance from the roots without touching and covering the tips of eyelashes.
    • Leave on for 6–14 minutes, based on the thickness of the hair. DO NOT COVER WITH CLING FILM.
    • Remove the product with InLei® Vincent Brush.
    • Apply InLei® Fix 2 with InLei® Vincent Brush and leave on the lashes for half the time of Form 1, plus 1 minute (e.g. if Form 1 were left for 10 minutes, you would leave Fix 2 for 6 minutes).
    • Remove the product from the lashes with InLei® Vincent Brush
    • Tint the lashes with the desired shade by mixing InLei Tint and InLei Tint Developer at a 1:1 ratio. Apply the InLei Michelangelo tint using a brush and leave it on for 6–12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the hair.
    • Remove the product from the lashes with InLei Michelangelo Brush.
    • Dispense a few drops of InLei® Filler 3 and apply it evenly to the lashes, gently penetrating the follicle using the InLei Picasso Brush. Use it to remove any leftover tint and/or Fixing Gel and unstick the lashes from the silicone shields.
    • Brush out with the InLei® F-Brush to separate and fan out the lashes.
    • Remove silicone shields from the eyelids, clean the eyelids and brush the lashes.

    Allow the Fix 2 to stay on the lashes, half the time of FORM 1 plus one minute.

    If you perform 3-5 treatments or more per week, bottles are an excellent choice, as their Period After Opening (PAO) is 2 months. However, if you do fewer treatments, we recommend purchasing the sachets.

    Once the order has been shipped Van Isle Beauty Co. is not able to cancel or refund orders.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We print the shipping label exactly as it is entered on the website. If an incorrect shipping address is provided or if no special instructions are provided (e.g., buzzer number), the client is responsible for covering any additional shipping costs. Please make sure to have items delivered to a location where you can personally receive the package.

    PROCESSING TIMES

    Our orders are shipped out within 12-24 hours on regular business days. Please note that shipping estimates provided only indicate transit days and do not include processing times. However, please be aware that weather conditions or issues with the shipping company may cause delays.

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our shipping carriers automatically calculate shipping charges based on the weight of your package. Please note that shipping times provided are estimates and do not include processing time.

    Customs, Duties and Taxes: USA ONLY

    We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information.

    If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. Customers have up to 90 days from the date of the order to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation.

    RETURNS + EXCHANGES

    At Van Isle Beauty Co., we strive to provide high-quality products and services at reasonable prices, delivered in a timely manner. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.

    Returns and exchanges are accepted within SEVEN (7) days for unopened, sealed, resell-able products. Products without a seal will not be refunded or exchanged to ensure they have not been tampered with. In the event of a refund or exchange, the buyer will be credited the purchase price, minus shipping cost. 

    Eg products that can not be exchanged for sanitary circumstances are:

    • Professional Beauty supplies like solutions, lash glues or liquids, nail polishes, aftercare products, wax solutions. Basically anything liquid or opened or unsealed boxes.
    • skincare, makeup, aftercare products that do not have a seal
    • jewellery, intimates or swimsuits
    • Professional liquid products for services that do not have a seal

    Return shipping labels are not provided by Van Isle Beauty Co., and we recommend using insured and tracked shipping methods. The sender is responsible for all shipping expenses. Exchanged items must be of equal or lesser value; no refunds will be issued.

    LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

    Van Isle Beauty Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. We will open up a missing package investigation with the carrier on your behalf and hopefully they can retrieve your package. We send out our tracking information when the package has been shipped so that you can be available to receive the packages.

    CANCELLING AN ORDER 

    If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at Contact@vanislebeautyco as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been processed, packaged or shipped cannot be cancelled.

    WHOLESALE ORDERS, TRAINING COURSES & SALE ITEMS -

    Wholesale Orders are FINAL SALE. 

    Training Courses can not be refunded, however, we are willing to reschedule the student for the next course if we are given 2 weeks notice from the course date if the student cannot attend. If the student cancels within the 2 week period then a $200 rescheduling fee will be charged to the next course date.

    Items that are discontinued or on SALE are also FINAL sale.
