To use the PODODISC STALEKS PRO L, first attach it to your pedicure machine. Then, select the appropriate speed (between 10,000 and 25,000 rpm) based on the size of the disc. Apply the disc to the area of the foot to be treated, using a gentle, circular motion. The disc can be used with disposable files to provide a smooth, even finish. After use, the disc can be sterilized in a dry heat oven or autoclave, or disinfected with special agents.
