Students are responsible for arranging their own models for the hands-on portion of the course. We highly recommend choosing someone you know personally so you feel comfortable working with them and can rely on them to arrive on time. Your model plays a key role in your training experience, so please ensure they understand the class time, location, and any important pre-appointment instructions — such as arriving makeup-free, avoiding caffeine, or following any prep steps specific to the course.

If you’re unable to find a model, we can provide one for a $50 fee per model, which goes directly to the model. Please note that if your model cancels last minute or doesn’t show up, your class cannot be canceled, rescheduled, or refunded.

We recommend utilizing your social media platforms to ask friends, family, or clients if they’d like to volunteer — this is a great way to find reliable models who already support your work. If you’re still having trouble finding someone, please reach out to us. We’re happy to share information about local Facebook groups in Nanaimo that we’ve used successfully in the past for finding models.

Our team invests significant time and resources into preparing high-quality education materials, organizing class logistics, and securing your spot in advance. Once enrolled, your seat, materials, and access to the course are reserved exclusively for you.

Our courses include digital learning materials, kits, and professional certification components that cannot be returned or transferred once registration is complete. This policy ensures fairness to all students and allows us to maintain the integrity and consistency of our programs.
