• They can be used on both the lower and upper lashes.
What are the differences instead:

InLei® Forma - are semi-transparent green platinum silicone shields (right and left). Their shape, seen in section, resembles a half drop. Consequently, they have a more rounded high point than the lower part of the curler, which acts

in case of short eyelashes: from the belly up
in the case of medium eyelashes: in the belly of the hair
in the case of long lashes: at the root, giving a lift
In all cases, you get a uniform curvature, similar to a gentle sea wave, but at the same time firm and pronounced since the curler does not have a recessed part, so the tips of the lashes are directed towards "infinity".

InLei® Forma Up - are semi-transparent green platinum silicone curlers (right and left). Their shape, seen in section, also resembles a half drop but with a more angular shape. They can be used on various lengths of natural lashes, but in this case they offer a much more decisive and pronounced push than Forma.

If we want to compare them to the "L" shaped lashes used in the extension field, we can say that they do not have such an acute angle (obviously), but they appear softer.

Forma Up was created as a cutting-edge curler to satisfy even the most advanced and daring requests. It is not easy to use at first, especially for beginners.

❗️ If you are a beginner with lifts , it is better to start with some tests, especially regarding the application of the lashes on the curler. After 5/6 tests you can use it in complete safety.

The Forma Up curler completely erases the old canons of balanced and homogeneous curvature , sometimes creating wild and very visible effects. In some cases, depending on the direction of growth of the natural lashes, it can be slightly uncomfortable in regrowth. However, just organize with the customer to do a touch-up a week before the due date.

Once tried, the customer will not be able to do without it! Trust us! We have tested it for 2 years, before launching it on the market more than 1000 treatments were conducted.

Apply the shield to the eyelid with the help of InLei® Fixing Gel or Lamica Gel, making sure to maintain a 1 mm distance from the roots of the eyelashes.

• Clean the shields right away by placing them in a barolo bowl with water and a pump of foam mousse

• Discard and replace the shields when they darken considerably from repeated tint use.

• Autoclaving can help to lighten them.

• It's beneficial to keep a set of dark shields for use on light lashes, as it enhances visibility during treatment.

We print the shipping label exactly as it is entered on the website. If an incorrect shipping address is provided or if no special instructions are provided (e.g., buzzer number), the client is responsible for covering any additional shipping costs. Please make sure to have items delivered to a location where you can personally receive the package.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our shipping carriers automatically calculate shipping charges based on the weight of your package. Please note that shipping times provided are estimates and do not include processing time.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: USA ONLY

We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. Customers have up to 90 days from the date of the order to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation.

If you wish to order an out-of-stock product, please let us know and we will contact you as soon as it becomes available.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

At Van Isle Beauty Co., we strive to provide high-quality products and services at reasonable prices, delivered in a timely manner. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within SEVEN (7) days for unopened, sealed, resell-able products. Products without a seal will not be refunded or exchanged to ensure they have not been tampered with. In the event of a refund or exchange, the buyer will be credited the purchase price, minus shipping cost. 

Eg products that can not be exchanged for sanitary circumstances are:

• Professional Beauty supplies like solutions, lash glues or liquids, nail polishes, aftercare products, wax solutions. Basically anything liquid or opened or unsealed boxes.
• skincare, makeup, aftercare products that do not have a seal
• jewellery, intimates or swimsuits
• Professional liquid products for services that do not have a seal

Return shipping labels are not provided by Van Isle Beauty Co., and we recommend using insured and tracked shipping methods. The sender is responsible for all shipping expenses. Exchanged items must be of equal or lesser value; no refunds will be issued.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Van Isle Beauty Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. We will open up a missing package investigation with the carrier on your behalf and hopefully they can retrieve your package. We send out our tracking information when the package has been shipped so that you can be available to receive the packages.

CANCELLING AN ORDER 

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at Contact@vanislebeautyco as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been processed, packaged or shipped cannot be cancelled.

WHOLESALE ORDERS, TRAINING COURSES & SALE ITEMS -

Wholesale Orders are FINAL SALE. 

Training Courses can not be refunded, however, we are willing to reschedule the student for the next course if we are given 2 weeks notice from the course date if the student cannot attend. If the student cancels within the 2 week period then a $200 rescheduling fee will be charged to the next course date.

Items that are discontinued or on SALE are also FINAL sale.
