The more abrasive 100/180 grit is designed for skin with a medium degree of roughness, while the softer side is perfect for grinding the skin and polishing it to smoothness. The foot file's straight shape and the size of the abrasive surface allow for quick removal of rough skin. It also boasts an ergonomic handle for secure grip and ease of use. Start with the rougher side of the file to remove the hard skin, and then switch to the softer side to smooth and polish.
